Right now, yes! But in all fairness the E60 and the M3 are two different animals. Even though I view the E60 as sportier than the F10, the M3 is on another level. Much more of a sports car than the E60, firmer suspension so you feel the road in the seat of your pants! But a rock solid car from suspension to engine, just a different experience in the M3 which I am loving. My M3 is basically equipped just like my 550, only thing missing in terms of cabin options are the power tilt steering wheel and the power thigh bolster. Both are manual on the M3 but I don't miss the power versions. New iDrive is a big improvement along with iPod, bluetooth, rear sunshade etc... I like the

Suspension as noted is very firm but I like that, always drove my 550 in Sport mode which firmed up the suspension. I could see how some would tire of the firmer ride especially if you had back issues. I've been fortunate and never had back issue (knock on wood!) so doesn't bother me.

Did not have the Active Steering on my E60's either, never liked the feel, so no real difference in the M3 feel.

Power. Wow. Similar to the 550 in that the big V8 takes time to spool up so lower end torque is not it's strong point but the 550 was the same way. Get the engine above 3,500 rpm and she flies... Unfortunately I can only hit 5,500 rpm during the initial 1,200 miles break-in period.
