I think BMW might have missed the mark on this range-topping halo sports car's configurator. The i8 has a base price of $136,650, and only goes up from there. Why not give the configurator a bit more pizazz or shiny objects to go with it? It’s the exact same configurator as the 2 Series Active Tourer, which kind of makes the experience a bit of a wet blanket.
