Hi Everyone,
I've been away from the forums for some time now.
I recently moved from South Africa to the USA, and unfortunately had to leave my beloved 550i behind.
Firstly it is a right hand drive and secondly not cost effective to ship over here.
Had the launch of the F10 not been so close I would have been straight back into a 550i. Best car I ever owned by far.
So after driving both the X5 and X6 it was an easy choice for me.
BMW really got the dynamics and driving position absolutely right in the X6 and I am loving it.

That 550i of yours looked great with the anodized M172s, but good to hear you're enjoying the X6
Any mod plans with the X6?

My Ride: See Signature
I saw the M X6 at the dealer the other day. The look of the X6 has definitely grown on me, and the performance numbers of the M version are pretty impressive. Enjoy your new car.

Thanks for the comments guys.
No doubt the mod bug will bite soon. Already looking at changing the exhaust tips and kidney grilles.
I detailed the car for the first time today and realised how easy the chrome shadow 172's were to maintain on my E60.
Will have to investigate this option for the X6 also.
