I just got on the waiting list with Stevens Creek BMW.
Just curious if anyone else is planning to do the same or just wait?

I talked to my sales guy last week ... he's now out at Long Beach BMW. He says they have 10 people on their waiting list so far ($1,000 deposits), and they expect to get an allocation of 1-2 M3s per month. They are guessing that MSRP will be $58k+.
By the way, LB BMW's owner (Ryan Autrey) will have his 2006 M5 for sale soon (11,500 miles, Alpine White, black interior, loaded) as he expects delivery of another new car in a few weeks.

I was offered number one spot at Mountain view two years ago with $1000 deposit too. But i think it's crazy to put down any money on a car that had not been revealed yet.
