As a mere ‟junior? enthusiast, I?ve only had the pleasure of owning two bimmers. I have a 545 e60 with a ton of the latest electronic gizmos and a e36 equipped like it was straight outta 1987. I loin lust after every Z4 M I spot but can?t imagine parting with my four banger 318i. Does anybody here have any regrets for retiring their bimmer before its time? If decommissioning was due, how did you know?

I miss my e46. It was a 325Ci, so basically the bottom of the line, but it was fun to drive. I autocrossed it a few times. The HK stereo was so much better than what I have now (I don't have the L7). I sold it due to an unexpected offer from a friend's gf, who liked it and wanted to buy it the next day. It was just a simpler, tighter car. I love my e60, and probably will feel the same way when it comes time to move on.

I regret getting rid of my 1993 325is. I was the original owner and the car was immaculate. At the time, I thought it was impractical for me to have two cars. Now I wish I had kept it.

I wish I still had my 330CI, I loved that car. 180,000km and I did nothing but oil changes, tires and one set of brakes. I had more problems with my 545 in the first week than I did owning my 330 for thee years. If this was my first BMW I would never buy one again. Thank god I had a great experience in my last car.
