I have loved the way these things looked the day I saw BMW unviel it. I originally wanted to lease one but didn't have the best credit(young).
Now I ran across this one, this is basically exactly how I would make mine, I would just black out the tails, the red portion.
Do you think this is a good deal?

I'm on the fence:
The good: 135 is the same platform as the E46, so it'll be blisteringly fast when tuned.
The bad: the headlights, and it's "pregnant belly" look
I'm w Marc 335 baby!! Woo hoo!
as long as it's a beem=your stoked!

I'm with you and Marc on this one Skele but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And the 135 is not much lighter than the 335 at all meaning that its performance advantage over the 335 is very very slim.

It's interesting to compare the weights of the 35i models. These are all 6sp weights, no X Drive.
135i coupe: 3350
Z4 roadster: 3450
335i coupe: 3570
135i vert: 3660
535i sedan: 3660
335i vert: 3950
A range from 11:1 to 13:1 lbs/hp. All have the same 3.08 rear end ratio.
