BMW Needs a Supercar
#1
BMW's higher end models (specifically M5/M6) are often classed as sub-super cars as they seem a bit tame compared to say - a Ferrari or Lamborghini.
Don't you think it's time to release a model which drops jaws design wise?

Man, looking at that photo puts all E60 body kits to shame doesn't it?

The lines are awful, Its like a couple of kids were given a half bottle of brandy and 2 pens and told to go to work.
It just seems to sit there and has no purpose to it.
As for the bump in the bonnet, I don't like it on the M3 or on any other car. Just my opinions of course.

I like it. It looks unique enough.
But it does have too much M3 in it... so it wont be marked as "high end" as any Ferrari or Lambo or SLR

I like it, the car looks mean all it needs are some nice 20's! i like the bonnet bulges aswel! But then again i like them on the M3, and the e60 hood's with the bulges and scoops, but the car has to be quick enough to pull it off.

BMW is a supercar
Yes, I know what you mean.
But is it economically wise to build one?
BMW is a relatively small family company.

Fellas, this is a 2 yr old photoshop. Also, the M5 and M6 arent trying to compete with Ferrari's or the like. Would it be nice to see an M1? Yes but dont get your hopes up in this economic climate.

as much as id like to see a supercar i think hes right, bmw isnt going to drop millions right now into a design that less than 0.1% of the popultion will be able to afford
