I'm right there with you Alex First thoughts that came to mind was "Hyundai" and "Santa Fe".

I'm not feeling it at all ...
The styling is obvious BMW, X3 shape, 3 series side profile, new 7 front. If it looks so much like a Santa Fe, maybe Hyndai copied the BMW look, not the other way around.

I like it. I want a small running around car in addition to the 550i (or future ///M). The X3 fits the bill now, maybe the X1 will as well. However, the X3 lease is up next April. Will the X1 be ready by then?

On the other hand, The 328xi Touring also fits the bill. But I'd really want a 335xi Touring.

Not to me. The Infinity looks like a Nissan it is.

I agree that the front looks a bit strange - there is somehting in the proportions that doesn't really work. But otherwise, the X1 looks really great! I like the way they have found a combination of a good, stylish looking car but still keeping the flamboyant style of the Z4. And the rear design gives hope for the future after seeing the compact and rather unconvincing rear end of the F01.

I'll agree with Ricracing. from me!

A "concept" means that it's more or less ready for production, the last decision in the Board hasn't been made yet which means that really small changes could by implemented from now until production. But more or less - what you see now you get in... 2010?
