I like this quote from the article: "Praise be to the gods of Affalterbach: they’ve gone and fitted an LSD to the fast C-class. About time, too."

I'd take the C63, its a beast.

Not to metion the C63 has a detuned version of the 6.3 V8, leaving room down the road to bump up HP.

I still think I would take the RS4 over the new M3. Especially when the 30hp increase comes, which would make it 450hp.

The M3's days are numbered, as the top of its segment.

The competition from Audi and MB are definitely so close now that the M3 is no longer the obvious winner. However, although I think the M3 is the ugliest car of the three, I would still pick it because its probably the most fun to drive with the engine screaming and doing power slides. The MB and Audi seem more appealing as a daily driver or if you just want to cover the most ground quickly, but for those times when you want to drive aggressively or go to the track, I'd have to go with the M3.

I would probably say the same thing. But the new M3 like all premium cars coming out now, is a PIG (over-weight). I use to think the M3 was the quintessential M-division car, but they killed that idea. It has lost some of its heritage or sole. But please don't get me wrong it is an awesome car.

It's all getting too serious , wait until the 135 comes out , now that will be fun and lighthearted...... and go like hell.

Agree with the PIG comment - I would love to see a return of the late 80's original M3. Maybe a M version of the 135?

Yeh I thought about that but what would you call it .....I hope the M1 name is out of the question for a car based on the 135i, in deference to the original M1.

0-60 in 3.9s .
So 0-100 in about 4.0s .

This new C63 is astonishing .
And a friend of mine is waiting to order it, with the idea to get 500 HP with some mods .
