Can anyone tell me if this is a good deal for an 2013 X5 Sports Activity lease?

I was looking at an X5 for my wife just last week and I had no trouble getting offers to sell the car at invoice. There are also some incentives out there right now. You should be able to do much better that the numbers quoted.
