I work at a BMW dealer and recently spoke to a rep from BMW NA. I asked him what's new for the comming year.....here is what he Stated 1 series is comming to the US also available in a convertible, like shown in recent posts. The next M3 will have 415hp(roumored 400-430)
Turbos are comming but no official word on what models and when, but they are comming that a 100% guarranty.
BMW is working on a sports car with a high stance like we recently saw on varoius posts. Not a sports UTE not a minivan.....!!!!!!! Something in betweem.
Also everyone.....please be patient about the models that are comming out. The only pictures you should trust are from SPY SHOTS around the nuerburgring or in Munich. And pictures from CAR Shows like the one comming up in Geneva. STOP ALL THE PHOTO Editing!!!!! It looks stupid and confuses the heck out of people. Also make sure to call your local BMW dealer for answers.

The pictures give a good example of real and not real

Black is Real

Gray...Photoshop(just look at that cheap mesh grill!!!!!!) C'mon peoples

Not to be disrespectful, but I hear what you're saying.
However, I've learned from experience that the BMW dealer is the last place to go for information on "what's new" with anything BMW.

My most recent experience with one of the SA's at the Valencia, CA dealership:

Me: "What version CIP are we going to be using with my car?"
SA: "CIP?"

Totally understand you. Here is a hint, when you call a dealer ask them if they have anyone working in sales or service that is from Germany. I myself am from Germany and there are two other guys here that where born in Bavaria. Reason why you should do so is, that we can easily obtain info from german newspaper articles and websites that others can't read. They are way ahead of us over there. Here's an example, I see a lot of video links about the M5 on here I love em all but I was showing my co-workers videos of the m5 when it wasn't even on sale in Germany. They where testing it against the RS6!!!! As everyone knows that car is no longer sold in the US or Europe. But at the time the RS6 plus was still on sale, do the research and tell me when they stopped selling them.....

i will provide pictures and link per request

Two reasons you shouldn't expect to get "answers" from your BMW (or any other) dealer:
1. answer above
2. for upcoming models, manufacturers keep info close to vest (so as to not tank existing model sales), and even when dealers have info, they play dumb because they want you to buy the car they have now.

How about some real pics of the new X5? I have seen nothing on this one other than some pretty poor quality spy shots of a black one.
