Very nice! If you want to be really obsessive you might want to dress the wheel wells.

You're right - I noticed how crappy they look after I posted the picture...I've seen a couple brands marketing wheel well dressing. Anything in particular you'd recommend?

I don't want to waste my Lexol Vinylex on the wheel wells...it's absolutely fantastic on interior trim but a little pricy to let mud and junk hit it.

Welcome! Is that irregular wear I see on your right front Dunflop?
Yes, I think it is...but I've had a tough time comparing the actual wear to the pictures in the BMW official notification.

The guys at San Diego BMW (closest to me) aren't too thrilled to just give up new sets of tires and I want to make sure I've got my facts straight before I go make a claim.

Anyone in San Diego successful with this request?

Thanks

Very easy to see the reason for the addiction. The car is beautiful. Love the Wheels!
I just looked in your ED album - I am definitely going to do ED next time. It looks like an absolutely great time.

It was absolutely unforgettable. It's hard to imagine buying a new car any other way, now.

OK, young dudes, try not to fool an oldy here...

Type 37 M Parallel Rims I just get, but what tyres you have - F and R?

Your cleaning and clensing brands are unfamiliar overhere,
but tyres has been cleaned for ages, with silicone and non silicone produces...

I use Poorboy's Bold and Bright for both a tire dressing and to dress the wheel wells. I bought a gallon and have been using it for almost two years now so it goes a long ways. It is also an excellent dressing for other rubber or vinyl surfaces. It is water based an is easy on your hands. You could also use the original Armorall (sp?) which is water based and can be purchased at Costco in bulk.

THERE IS NO CURE!

Fronts are 245/40R18 and rears are 275/35R18 - I was surprised these rims come in staggered fit (wider in rear).

I really like some non-BMW rims better (HRE's and IForged, for example) but I got the rims and rear spoiler free of charge when I leased the car...3rd car from same dealer in Buena Park, CA.

Zaino is available from www.zainostore.com. Not cheap, but I love the way it works and looks. Very easy to apply and remove. I could just use the tire dressing on the wheel wells, I suppose.

Class of '88 Rules! Not as old as you!
