here is my welcome post to you in the lounge . both stevehi and i are from hawaii. i think we all should meet up one day . as far as the audio system, i know what you mean. i really don't think that many shops are willing to touch it. however, i'll ask around and hope to bring you some good news . the biggest rim that you won't have any problem should be 20". do you have nav? if not, you can only use the voice dialing feature for bluetooth. nothing else .

doh ! 22" will definitely kill the car :'(. i personally think they are too big. 19" looks good and rides almost the same as stock. 20" looks better but will possibly lose a little of ride comfort. it all depends what do you want. as far as local things, how long have you been to this island ?

okay here's my 0.02 cents..... born and raised in socal.....and involved in the import racing industry ive seen soo many cars....with 20 and up rims..... with a luxury car.... although some do look good.....but if you go 21-22 inch rims..just like what dr diesel stated"ruins the ride/handling and just looks daft.."....i its hard to explain.... but i label these cars with big rims 20 and up.... here in cali.....as ghetto blinged....but thats just my opinion...

You probably won't get a lot of support for 22 or even 21 wheels on this forum as most of us are more into performance and improving on stock look rather than bling. Wheels bigger than 20 on an E60 will look tacky and drive very rough IMO. Personally I wouldn't go over 19. but if you are into that sort of thing, I think 21 is the biggest you can run.
