I'm from sunny Cornwall just outside of Newquay. (It's actually pissing down) I have just swapped my 730d for a 525d. This is my first 5 series and I have to say i love it.
I've got a 2009 525, just been remapped to 260bhp. Hopefully I'm going to bung some injectors from a 3.0d in it soon and get it up over 320bhp. On the whole I love the car, got a few little annoying faults to sort but I think this could be a keeper!!!!

 

Actually, it's spelled "bimmer". A "beemer" is a BMW motorcycle.
