HI, my son bought this car, now all this errors are popping up. I do not know where to start.

 

Get codes read and check battery. Hopefully it's only a battery issue for you. If battery is weak buy, install and code it.

 

i plugged a code ready it said p153 p154

I put this thing on the cigarette lighter and the battery said 13.7V

is this normal? Thank You

 

Those codes are for O2 sensors and 13.7 is good while running. You're going to have to get the BMW errors by using INPA or ISTA installed on a laptop with a k+ d can cable. There is also the Carly app you can use.

Or even, a stand-alone BMW code reader.

 

Do those give you the error messages (errors in the system not triggering the CEL) or just give you BMW CEL codes only.

 

Every BMW code reader I have ever owned, gives you the system error messages, even the $44.99 one I had. OBD2 Readers are the ones that only show the CEL codes. I have one that shows both, but only BMW system codes, unlike those high end Autels that show multiple model codes.

 

We have a 530 i and i have the same thing coming up on my bmw also. I have not checked the battery yet.
