I noticed you did ED and are in the DC area. Did you get your car from Passport BMW by any chance? (That's where I got mine - did ED much better than other dealers in my area)
Yes, I did get my cay from Passsport! I can't believe you had to come way down here... I guess I should consider myself lucky that Passport is so close!

Wasn't that bad. I went to Georgetown and still have many friends down there, so I end up visiting DC occasionally anyway.

I've been lingering around this forum since last spring, and finally decided to sign up. You guys have been extremely helpful with all of my E60 questions... thanks!

Welcome -- I'm a newbie myself. It is a great site...

You've been lurking longer than I've been an owner. How do you like your HUD? Do you use it very frequently?

I have HUD and use it, I never look at my gauges anymore and when I use the Navi its the best. I cant imagine going back now. Everytime I drive my wife's car or my weekened 911CS 997 I keep looking at the left corner of the windshield out of habbit.

Hey Franko... I just keep my HUD on all the time. It makes it hard to drive other cars that don't have it, since you're less apt to look down at the speedometer (and consequently end up speeding!).
