Next: 1999 e36 Z3c 2.8, SN 00002, 5spd
First: 1988 e30 M3, "M Monster" track-day car, 3.2L s52 conversion, roll cage, wicked suspension, Quaiffe ATB diff, 3.46 gears, 285hp @ crank, 2700lbs....not slow.
Just bought a CPO '06 530xiT 6spd man with lots of option pkgs which I'm picking up this coming Sat in Maryland.

It's cool that your first BMW was an E30 M3...my first was a new '89 and I still have it as well!
(Mine is still stock though and has sat for longer than I care to admit but hopefully, one of these days I'll set aside some time [and $$] and get her whipped back into shape and hopefully track it a bit!) 
Are you the original owner of your '88? Put up some pics of it so we can see all the mods, etc.!
