My Ride: 2007 525i Sport, Luxury, Navigation Pkgs

Hi all.
Just purchased an 07 525i a couple of weeks ago. Vehicle has Navigation & Sports Pkg and am seeking some advise on wheels & tires. Should i go with 18's or 19's and what would be the maximum tire width for both sizes. Any help would be appreciated.
