My Ride: 2004 BMW 545i 6mt, Titanium Silver, Sport Package, Winter Package
Hi guys.
So I've been on here for a couple weeks or so and never officially introduced myself. I'm currently in NJ and come from a European background. So i recently purchased my first BMW. A used 2004 Titanium silver 545i with 6 speed trans and sport package. I do not know much about the car yet other than the basics, Its a kick a$$ car. Previous to this I had jap cars. My previous daily driver was a 4 cyl 2003 honda accord, which was nice but didnt make my blood race.
My other car is a 1995 Nissan altima 5 speed in which i basically made it track car. Has a 2.4l 4 cyl with a 60-1 turbonetics bb turbo and all the supporting mods to achieve 350whp @ 20psi. All the work done by myself with help from the nissan community forums.
basically the Nissan makes my blood race but i needed a fun daily driver. Thus i purchased the BMW. I know nothing about these cars but I do know a lot about engines, electrical systems, transmissions and bla bla bla. I will probably be asking ridiculously stupid questions but thats how i get to know everything.
I thank you guys in advance for any advice and i will also share my knowledge and apply it where possible.
