Yea unfortunately my BMW is just the typical loaners that we get. If only I had more money (and less cars in the garage, Insurance Premiums get really high to maintain this many cars and the other one being a Lexus GX470 SUV) I would have gotten a 535i with Navi, but we were availing of the 09s and had to choose between this and a 535i with Navi but no Premium Package. Premium Package is a must because we need the Homelink as we have a gate and a garage door opener which would be ghetto if I had two remotes hanging from my sun visor hehe.
You modding the suspension?

Probably not. To be honest, I still have to get used to a "stiffer" German automotive as I grew up with the soft comfort of a Lexus to be honest hehe.

HAHA! Over my DEAD BODY LOL..

I'm trying to prolong the "excitement" of getting used to a new car lol. Once a person is used to a new car, it's still exciting if it's a nice car but it still gets "boring" after awhile hehe. Plus I'm in the market right now to replace one of our cars but budget won't allow me to buy an M5 or another BMW of some sort

Honestly, man, I bought my car used more than a year ago, put on some miles on it since and I have to tell you - every time I walk out to my 5er its like love at first sight all over again. Even though I'm actually putting it up for sale (again) right now and probably switching to either a 335 or a 535, I still manage to mod it a little bit here and there. To me, these cars are an addiction. Enjoy yours in good health and much luck to you with it! I think you'll love it more and more as you get more used to it

Thanks! I will definitely get to a point where I'll probably drive it non-stop for a long period of time lol. Just the thought of having so many choices when I walk out of the house everyday kinda keeps the 5er parked in the garage most of the time. lol.

Wait I have a question for CA people here. I know I don't have my plates yet, it's almost 12 weeks since I've gotten the car, but how long does the temporary registration sticker good for? I have a friend who said it might only be good for 90 days, which means that I NEED to have the plates in by the end of this month.

Checked with DMV today, turns out that the BMW dealership spelled my address wrong!    Should have gotten the plates after 5 weeks of owning this new BMW but now the dealer has to go change it so they can send the plates directly to my house.

Retards - what can I say... you should've told the dealership to give you back all the fees they took at the time of your purchase, because they haven't earned it - you've been waiting God knows how long and it turns out it is all because they have idiots working there, who cannot spell an address correctly (even though, something tells me a copy of your DL was on hand!). I'd be kicking some dealer ass by now - kudos on your patience!

Of course they have a copy of our DLs! Aside from the financing aspect, it's the next most important thing you need to have when buying/leasing a new car (or even a used car at any ABC dealership in town).

They are really retards. The only incorrect spelling was that on my address I have "east" (or E. ) before my street name, but they didnt put that period after the E so it looks like the E was part of my street name!

As long as the temporary registration is good for 6 months, even if I get the plates today (which won't happen, they said it'll be at least another week, if not maybe two weeks) I'll stretch the 6 months
