then i soldered it and now its fine

I got a bit brave here
with more help from PINGUHK
i ordered myself some white LED's
from crazyleds.co.uk

and i pulled the trigger on the speedo cluster LED mod

i used stickers instead of spray paint
and the needles stayed orange/red (when lit)
without me tampering with them

Then i took my car to get re-mapped
because i couldn't find a sprint booster anywhere
and i wanted some speed.

Then i contacted BRUCE MIRANDA and
got my grubby hands on a pair of these V6's

now all im waiting for is my LCI tailights to arrive at my door.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
THE BEST MOD I HAVE EVER DONE TO MY VEHICLE

+1 on the wheels, but as you said your looking at the kahn rs-x, nice wheels like them will pull the whole car together. Also black grills! but not matt, i think gloss black would look great with the matt body. goodwork

That matte finish looks stealth! Love the instrument cluster as well--lots of guts to try that.
