It would appear that, in Canada at least, the dynamic ride package (suspension and active steering) could be ordered separately from the sport package.
Am I reading this wrong and do I have something to take up with my dealer?
That article mentioned the active steering but not the suspension, DSC is dynamic stability control which reduces power when the car detects sideways slip. I believe active steering was not part of the sport package until recently.

The best way to check is look under the car, if you know what the anti roll/sway bars look like then look for a cylindrical device mounted along that bar. If its just a continuous bar then its standard suspension.
