Hi All,
Another newbie here - bought an E61 2007 LCI 520d M Sport (177) in platinum grey as i'll be joining the 2 under 2 club in May and need suitable transport for a double buggy!!
I've been lurking for a while and trying to absorb as much information as I can!
I choose the 520d for running costs, (tax, ins, mpg etc) plus it's the wife's daily driver, i do hanker for more power though..... Remap!!
The car didn't have all the options I would of liked, but I was limited somewhat in the purchase due to having a part exchange! Still the deal I got was very good and I'm happy with it.
I'm into retrofitting so maybe some of the wish list can be added later!
So far I've fitted an HID kit from HIDS4U and this has transformed night time driving (had the poor halogen LCI basic lights before)
I'll put some pics up soon, when its clean...
