My Ride: LCI E60 Individual (Onyx Blue, Piano Black trim, Marino Leather) M Sport Package, 19" M172 wheels, Sunroof, Professional Navigation, HUD, TV function, Voice Recognition, PDC, Active Steering, Comfort Access, Logic 7, iPod/USB Adapter, Xeon Headlights, Adaptive Headlights, High Beam Assist. Build completed August 2007.

What a great forum ! I have learned more about my yet to arrive 530 reading this forum in the past few days than a lifetime of reading brochures ? looking forward to being a contributor.
After having owned various 3 series cars for the past 18 years, I am taking the plunge to a 5 series. Specs are:
530i LCI Sport Professional auto
Individual package (Onxy Blue paint, Trim: piano black)
M-Sport Package
Professional Package (HUD, bluetooth mobile business, 8.8? monitor with professional navigation, TV, voice, comfort access)
19? 172?s
Xenon lights, adaptive, high beam assist
Sunroof
Logic 7
Can?t wait ? well actually I have to. Ordered in early June but because of the Individual Package, build won?t occur until August with October delivery.
Only disappointments so far:
1. I don?t like either the brushed aluminum trim or the (optional) wood trim that are the only options with the M-Sport Package, so I had to spend A$7,000 to get an Individual Package just to get piano black interior trim (so I also got Onyx Blue exterior).
2. 535 is not available in Australia yet.
3. For the cost of my spec?d car in Australia, I could buy 2 (yes 2) 550?s in the U.S !!

See the positive things.
You were able to order Individual, US customers are having huge problems trying to get it.
Almost impossible in the US, since it's not officially supported by BMW NA.
