Hi, just dropping a note to say hello...

I've had my (used) 530d SE for three months now, very pleased so far...found this site when searching for help about my 'eyebrows' not working!!

This is my first BMW, had to get the sensible family in time for the little one coming along (he's 8 weeks old today ) so I had to part with my Prelude to get something with four doors and a big boot...530d damn fine choice if I say so myself.

Would be interested in hearing about peoples experience of dealers in the NW (Williams Bolton is nearest home), but Williams Mcr and David Holmes are close to my work, especially as after reading the posts on the site I need a dealer to get a CIP upgrade to get my brows working!

Went to London for the weekend, surprise birthday visit for my wife. Was very good - we unloaded the three children at my parents house in Oxford on the way down, then checked in to the Savoy and watched a West End show and ate and drank lots. Back home now. And the trip took my car up to 1,600 miles so it's really loosened up now

Congrats on the baby and the car! 530d is great, I had the 525d SE then 530d SE before getting the 535d Sport. I'm actually next door to Warrington rather than Manchester, but if I put Warrington in my location, everybody goes "where is Warrington"....
