Hi all,
I'm Ant, and ive just coined myself a lovely 5 Series with business nav and other trimmings!!!
My first question....feel free to bounce this elsewhere....
Ho do i connect my ipod up??? I use a H/K Play and drive in my other car (Mondeo with prof navi). Is it possible to get a similar system hooked up? Or is there a way of doing this through the idrive??
Thanks!

Welcome Ant... You will enjoy the Forum.
Suggest you post more details about your 5 and your location. That will help get better and quicker replies.
Cheers.
EDIT: Sorry mrf, we were typing at same time. Great minds ...

Thanks guys!
Ok, dont laugh, but ive brought a 520, but its primarily for use by the Mrs. who done 1800km in 2 years in her previous car. We have a baby now, so needed to shift her beetle cabrio for something more steady/safer/comfortable/roomy etc. So the 5 fit the bill!
I managed to pick this one up for under ?18000.
Its 2005, with Business Nav, auto folding and dimming mirrors, curvy bi-xenons, sunroof (handy when i need a skip), seat heating, heated steering wheel, elec seats, manual, load through rear seats, 17'' alloys, and all the usual standard gubbins.
I dont think i done too badly considering the over inflated price of used cars here!

As the others mentioned, post up some details of your ride, so we know what the "baseline" is for our responses. There was another recent post about the ipod connection, so use the search function (just punch in "ipod") and you should find the info you are looking for.
I just noted your location. As you can see in my signature, we are arranging a Meet & Greet, which happens to be just down the road from you in K?ln! One of the guys attending is andy545, who had the ipod connector retro-fitted and knows all about that stuff. Hit the link in my signature for more details...
