Default Alright lads! Soon to be new owner...

Evening to you all,

My name is Stoycho and I am a 23 year old car enthusiast living in the quiet county of Surrey, in the UK . I am going to be picking up my first 5 series, and second BMW, tomorrow afternoon and I am pretty excited! I will post some pics here once I get it, but will most likely end up with it's own build thread at some point.

So bit about me, I love gaming, PC hardware and motorsports (all kind of car sports in general tbh). Currently work as a network engineer in a cloud computing environment so we get to deal with a lot of government projects on a daily basis which can be fun (as well as extremely tedious lol).

My first and most recent BMW was a 2005 E46 M3 in Silver Grey with Black leather interior. The car was fully loaded bar the rear blind and sunroof options, and I kept it as close to the original design as I dared. Here are some pics before I let it go yesterday for an offer I could not refuse:

But yeah after a few hours of mourning it I am now over it and am looking forward to my 535d ownership tomorrow, so expect a lot of annoying questions as I undertake the newbie status grind

Also for those interested here is a pic of my custom PC that took a few months worth of research and part ordering to build and get working properly:

If anyone is nearby I am more than happy to help with any car related tasks, as I myself would like to learn to do as much as possible by myself and rely less on my Indy.

Cheers for reading, hope to see some of you around!

Stoycho

Welcome to the forum, Stoycho ! What 5-Series are you getting? I hope it's not a letdown from your M3. That looks like a sweet ride!

Thanks guys, I am loving it so far. Have just bought some goodies for it as well as a full brake overhaul and full service kit. I will create a build thread to follow it's progress shortly
