From '99 540i 6 speed to 04 545i 6 speed

My Ride: 04 545i 6 speed
Hi Everyone,
I am a Texas car dealer and just bought my self a 2004 545i 6 speed. Its has front bumper,lights,hood and couple other things broken but luckily nothing wrong with the engine. I have notice some of you have upgraded your e60 amber headlights with Euro headlights. Where would i buy these as mine are broken? I am interested in OEM.
