Great to read about your meet. You guys have great stories and fond memories. Was Alex from Brasil there? Wow what a trip if he was. I may have missed a close up of your shirt (logo) but if you could I would appreciate a close up. I am working a meet of a slightly different type (as u can see in my sig) and I think I want to do something along the lines you guys did (shirts hats, etc). I love that kind of stuff. We will have all types (e63 - the instigators - including M6, e60 including M5, M3, e90, e24 and maybe a some models. We are 12-15 now and maybe will grow. No official connection to or help from BMW - just enthusiasts? getting together. I like Nick?s use of the map. Many of use are driving 600-1000 miles as well to join up in our meet. I will watch for more and more of your stories and pics.
Go to page 24 and you can find close ups posted by Nickos as pre view.

Hi Nickos,

How was the trip back to Athens? Did you get a lot of traffic to reach Ancona? Your T-shirts and caps are really great. Thank you very much, I really appreciate them.
By the way, I really do not remember the two girls sitting at a restaurant table on the picture you posted.

Marco.

We had a very easy and fast trip back to Ancona without traffic except when we passed Verona there was a 3-4 Km jam.

Those girls was sitting at the Chinese section of the park where we went at, when both of you left

Thanks Andy

I have much more pics, I'll post them later, some videos also.

So, don't disturb me please , I'm editing now

Thanks really to Santiago for the organization and to everybody present at the meeting. That was simply unforgettable.
Sorry for I had to leave a little bit with rush, due to a call received from Italy. Not a big problem, but enough to cut my meeting out.
Just after a week I feel the need to go there again. Thanks again for the beautiful moments. This forum is wonderful.

Our trip map
Attachment 21987
Hi guys, I have an idea - and I will give Nick credit for it: Why don't we all prepare trip maps and post them. Determine the distances we traveled to get there and maybe the total distance traveled on the week's trip and post that. I think it would be great to know that collectively we traveled 20,000 KM (or whatever) to meet. I will figure mine out later this week or this weekend and post the results.

I am in class all week and I have not kept up with the topic, but I saw some great posts and some great pictures today and I know there are so many more to come. I have barely posted mine - been just too busy. Alison left yesterday and I'm sad, but happy that she arrived home safely and happier that she had fun in our outing. Thank you all for making it fun and for the compliments I've received so far.

Now - how about we plan a Prague meet? Something sort of low key - something where we're not rushing around like madmen every second of the day. We can do it on a weekend so everyone within 5 hours can attend. I'm sorry that leaves the "very far out" guys in the cold, but we have to get together again soon.

Peter, can you set something up? Decent hotel with parking and a place where we can REALLY meet and just hang out? I have been wanting to come to Prague for a long time and what better time than this and with a such a great group of guys. BTW, it seems everyone is back home safe as well and I thank God for that.

Let me know please and again, than you all for a fantastic time

Santiago

PS. Attila - I saw the pictures - OUCH! I hope you had it fixed already.
