Official Itinerary for Mfest 3 2009 Note: (Necessary adjustments will be made to compensate the number of Sponsors and participants going)

Thursday

5 pm meet and greet in SoCal for participants from different states who drove up for the SoCal Caravan friday morning:woohoo:...(We will be providing a couple of rooms on the West L.A side for people who don't have a place to stay for the night.)

7 pm Mfest dinner in SoCal (TBA) This will be BIG!


Friday

5:30 a.m...Arrival at all meeting spots for the caravan going to Vegas

6 a.m ...Depart our respective caravan

8:30 a.m- 9 a.m ...Regroup at Barstow and gas up

9:30 a.m... Depart Barstow

10:30 a.m Re group from all different states for the grp drive (location and meeting spots TBA) and yes we will have a helicopter again to take pics and videography...

12:30 pm Palazzo Hotel (Venetian) (we will have a designated covered parking) ...Everyone Check's in at the Palazzo and the registration for all participants and the sponsors will be done at a conference hall (info will be given)

12:30- Lunch (there are plenty of places to eat out there or the Buffet is good)

12:30- 4pm... Registration at the conference room (snack and drinks will be provided)...We will simultaneously register everyone and after the you finish with the registration and have check in at the hotel you can go to the pool party

2 pm -6 pm... Pool Party (at the Palazzo)

8 pm- Dinner

9 pm- Boys night out TBA

Note: Upon arrival Sponsors who are bringing their stuff for the software flash are welcome to meet a few of our fellow Mfesters and be able start flashing/loading cars with their latest software at the VIP parking lot in prep for the track day the next day...



Saturday

6:15 a.m- (For Track Participants Only) Re group at the VIP parking Lot

6:45 a.m- Departure for Track participants for Spring Mountain Motorsports (Race track)

7:00 a.m - Re group (For All Sponsors and Participants who wants to go to Cars and Coffee in Las Vegas)

7:30 a.m - Roll out to Cars N Coffee in Las Vegas to show off our cars to the public at Cars N Coffee

8 a.m Arrive at Cars and Coffee to show off the sponsors and Mfesters cars...

9:30 a.m - Depart from Cars and Coffee of Las Vegas and start heading towards Spring Mountain Motorsports ( Race track) and meet with the other participants who didn't go to Cars N Coffee...

Were negotiating on getting Blue bird to film the drive to the Track and to Film the track guys aswell

11:30 a.m - arrive at the Track, park and will show off the cars, also this is were sponsors can give out software for participants to test out the tune/ products for the day and if they (participants) like it they can purchase if not they can return it with no hassle...

12 noon - Lunch will be catered and served to all Track participants, Registered Mfesters and Sponsors...

From 12 noon till 4 pm we will have a tour of the facility, ride with the pro's, watch our fellow Mfesters race at the track and run the Autocross for FREE, Tuners who paid the track fee will have a chance to bring out their cars for everyone to see... Parade laps for everyone at the track and will do a lead follow...

4 pm depart for a group drive and back to the Hotel around 6/7 pm

7:30 p.m. dinner

9:30 pm Re group at the lobby for the club event at Tao Night club (Club Event Saturday will be at Tao night club and is separate from the Registration FEE ($40 guys and $30 for the ladies, this will give you a VIP pass line and entrance fee coverage)...few drinks will be provided...


Sunday

8 a.m Sponsors setup at the Car Show and Shine, Park all sponsors cars inside...

10 a.m Rollin time for all Mfesters to the Car Show and Shine at the Open parking lot of the Venetian

12 noon Prejudging of all the show cars and raffle starts :woohoo:

2 pm awarding

3 pm closing

4 pm group drive to Valley of fire (for people who wants to stay) tentative
