few cars got scared of the weather and the potholes hiding under the rain water lol........ we have a "CLASSY" Storm drain system which keeps the roads oh so "perfect"

yeaah we are hella poor....we cant pay to make roads properly but we bought the cars first lol.... well like all third world nation we have a huge population which means cheap labour which means a lot of your GAP and Banana Republic and Walmart clothes are made here means more investment in the past decade...which brought in a whole lot of NEW MONEY and along with it came MB...BMW...LEXUS....PORSCHE....but as proportionate to the population. We have 140 million people, from which about 5000 people are millionares (in US$ terms) and can afford the luxury cars..... rest are a very small number of middle class (just in the Cities) and rest avg annual income is $800..... so my last mod in my car is equal two families yearly house hold income .... dammme.....I feel bad now...
