lolFirst things first, I need to know how many people are coming so I can figure out how much we need for food and drinks. As far as I am concerned, we can have the same set up as last time. I do believe that if we get about 15-16 people the $20 will be suffice and I will pay Roger for the shelter at the meeting.
I personally do not mind purchasing food and drinks and taking it to the meeting. I am not working so I have the time to coordinate the meeting and set everything up.
Erick (Elite Motorsports) started a list so let's see how many are actually coming since we've changed the date so many times...
