San Diego BMW CCA Chapter - Car Control Clinic
June 27 We will have a car control clinic in conjunction with the SoCalEuro Gathering 2009 event at the Qualcomm Stadium West lot
adjacent to the SoCalEuro show. 9am to noon?please arrive by 8:30 Unlike an autocross, this is not a competition event.
Participants will experience four controlled driving exercises: an ?emergency? lane change, a steering slalom (with a real-world twist),
a maximum braking and braking-into-a-turn simulation, and a figure 8 skidpad to simulate a cloverleaf slide. Instructors will be provided,
and drivers will go to exercise stations in their order of arrival the day of the event. Cost is $40 per driver, and 2 drivers may share a car.
We can only accommodate 30 entries for this event first-come, first-served. See the event flyer
A perfect opportunity for a Meet and Greet in America's Finest City.
