Its gonna come sooner or later so I'm going to start it. Let's decide a place to meet so we can all caravan together to SLO.

Is there a reason you chose Carson? Downtown LA seems like a central location to me.

It's right near the 101.Carson...downtown LA..? Just swing by the 118 in Simi (Sycamore Exit - 1 block South to Starbuck's) and we'll take the 118 West to Grimes Canyon over the hill to South Mountain rd to Santa Paula to the 150 through Ojai down to Carpenteria and the 101 North to SLOtown...now there's an awesome drive!! Or, if you really want an awesome drive...we could take the 33 North from Ojai to the 166 West to Santa Maria then a short run up the 101 to SLOtwon...that's all curves and beautiful landscape...would add time to the trip though...probably an hour or two...and would have to check on the road conditions through the pass 4800 - 5200 ft. if no heavy weather the week before it will be fine.

YES...i agree....118 freeway!!!!!!!! near my hood. Im sure RodyBmw agrees....
