I got another 328i sedan. In what color? .. drum roll please..... Alpine white! The only difference is the interior colors. I've had beige, black 3x, and camel. (and that's just for the increased emission's problems) lol..

I've met like half of the service advisors already, and seen 1 come and go in the past month. Too bad he was the only good one I had too!!! I might as well get me one of the SA dress shirts while I'm at it.

 

That sucks Melvin, if they keep your car anymore than they already do you should make them make the payments

 

You know Melvin you're car qualifies for the lemon law if you've had the same issue more than 3 times right? hit me up if you need an attorney. he's great and will get you all the $$$$$ you've put into your car within 30 days. He lemoned my 535i, Kuya John's, and zeddy's vehicle.

 

This is definitely my 3rd time to go in for increased emissions issues within the past 3 months. My car was purchased from a private seller though, so not sure how a "buy-back" would work out. It may be something I need to consider though.. damn.

 

Do you have to be still under warranty for the lemon law to apply?
