How about you guys change the focus of the meet from Lakers to being a memorial for MJ?

Problem is the 18th is my wife's birthday, and she has no interest in cars or car shows. So SLO meet is out, looks like I have to wait until the Big Euro Event in Aug. Just a little frustrating that we can't seem to organize anything out here.

I haven't looked lately but I remember there were plenty of mini meets being done in SoCal; dinners and drives. Vegastrashed used to be the main organizer for SoCal but he's not as active lately although he'll be at SLO. They used to have some big ones at WheelPower and I even made the long trek to attend the first one. Maybe one of the other veteran members like alpinewhite or MacFly should step up.

It would be nice, I am looking for a house to buy now otherwise I would've put a BBQ meet together by now. It's always cool to attach a face to the names we see here, plus I would like to see the mods in person and compare notes (pics never do them true justice).
