anyone else get their ticket cleared up before the hearing date? has anyone tried?

 

its too bad you guys couldnt all go at once.. maybe then you'd have a better chance of beating them or at least reducing them to just fines..

 

And I thought we were the only ones dumb enough to go up there. We did the same. Cop told us to go on that date. So I didn't bother looking at the ticket until Aug. 4th. Drove all the way up there in my cousin's gay ass car. (No offense to gay people) Her car is a light blue Volvo C70 with white interior with cute stuff on the mirror. My car is in the shop.

It was a "John" moment.

my date is December 22nd

 

You can get a lawyer, sign a waiver to have the lawyer represent you... this way you won't have to show up and they would be able to get it settled as a parking violation or something else. I've never heard of settling a ticket before the trial date.

Hey I think I saw you. did you park at the back of the court? i was driving a blue accord- I wasn't sure if it was you so i didn't bother to call you. The receptionist told me that there were a couple of young guys from the city came by and that had the same date as my ticket. I will definitely fight this ticket- never had a speeding ticket in my life

i got a date. feb 2nd. let me know if you need a witness in your court date - ill try to work around my schedule.

 

The Bear Mtn. stop is right down the street from me.. Def. going to make it to the next one i'll be on the lookout for it !
