Who's up for another Palomar canyon run this Sunday? For those that missed last week's run, here's your chance. This happens to be on the same day as SocalEuro, so afterwards we can all head there. Sign up!

We will meet at the same location (Westfield North County Mall @On the Border) and leave at the same time (7am). Some will ask, why so early? It's b/c no one is up that early to SLOW us down! I can't believe how empty the rode was.

All I can think about is South-grade and East-grade...

Date: August 10, 2008
Meet Time: 6:30am
Run Time: 7am

Location: North County Mall in Escondido. "On the Border" restaurant, 298 East Via Rancho Parkway, Escondido, CA 92025

I'm in and I'll remember to set my alarm this time.

Probably skip out on socaleuro though and head home afterward the run.

Oh and what did you think of the route prior to palomar?

Sout/East Grade and don't forget Mesa Grande and then straight away

ECF, r u in for real? I need to run against you. Should be close since we have similar mods.

VT, I think if we meet near south grade/palomar, it will be harder for people to find. Even off the freeway, remember what happen to 997GT3 . I think same place leaving at 7am sharp. No meet/greet, just brake/gas, There will be plenty of time to know each others at eurosocal event after the run anyway .

Mesa Grande was almost a disaster for me. Looking forward to taking it on again. And how can I forget the straight aways?

I'm use to it. C's Bimmer is always thread jacking the Socal Meets. It's infecting ECF now. They both know east coast and Norcal can't compete with Socal.

No competition dude. We know the ranking is NorCal, East Coast and then SoCal brings up the rear from waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back. hahaha

Man, just checked my calendar and I forgot I'll be in Hawaii this weekend. I'll come down to embarass you ladies next time.

(Man, I sound more like Calton everyday) LOL

It's a trek to palomar regardless where you start. It's your call, but meeting off the freeway would be the safest bet.
