A Dinner Meet is being planned for the Tri-State Area E60 owners. This dinner will take place at Filli Ponte (Italian) in Lower Manhattan. Details are as follows:

Location: 39 Debrosses Street, NY, NY 10013. Restaurant Home Page

Food: We have negotiated a Fixed Price Menu. $65/Person. That will include: Salad, Pasta Dish of your choice, Meat Dish, Dessert and Coffee. Wine/Beer/Cocktails will be additional.

Time: Dinner will be at 8pm. This should give people enough time to get into the city after work.

Parking: The best part about this meet is the parking situation. As I'm sure many of your are concerned about where to park, we have ourselves a private garage in lower Manhattan that will allow us to park our own cars. No other cars will be in this lot. There will be no need to worry about door dings, curb rash or bumpers getting chewed. This was done through a fellow member on this board. We will also have 5-6 private spots right in front of the restaurant for any late comers. Again, these are spots that YOU will park in and take your keys.

Drive: Weather permitting, a possible drive could take place after dinner. For those that are coming in from CT, NJ, Westchester or Long Island, feel free to coordinate a drive with your fellow E60'ers, to the dinner.

If you would like to attend, please vote on a date above, that works best for you. We chose a week-night, as that seems to work best for most, due to family obligations on the weekends.

Once we've decided on a date, final details will be sent out regarding the location of the garage and all the other necessary info..

I look forward to meeting a bunch of new faces, and of course, seeing those that I already know.

I will keep my vote for last since any day will work for me up to the 14th on either of the other 2 dates i would not be able to make it because i will be leaving for Europe on the 25th of November.

That's such a coincedence. I voted the 14th and I didnt even look at the bottom message. I figured that day would work best for me and my g/f and what do you know, it does for everyone else.

The later the better..my new 08 is waiting for transport from Germany. I will prefer to drive the new one. I think she should be here any time after Nov. 11
