Here's my suggestion if you want to organize a meet. Do a search on some of my old threads, like I mentioned above. You will see that I used to do most of the organizing for the big meets in the Tri-State area. My first suggestion would be to do a poll and have at least 4 dates as a choice. I would then pull the names from the list on my past threads of people that attended. Send them PM's to choose a date on that thread. Once you decide on a date, start a new thread with details and start creating a list. It's a process. We used to be very organized, with name badges, route cards, lunch planned at a restaurant with private parking, sponsors, gift items, shirts, etc.. We were pretty nuts. Take a look at some of those thread and you will see pictures. We had over 100 members a few years ago and shut down a parkway in Long Island. LOL!
