Another update before I head out for my week long vacation tomorrow. I'll still check in periodically if time permits.
I doubled the lunch reservations to 60 people today but waiting for the manager to call me back tomorrow to confirm. The person I spoke to didn't think it would be a problem but they'll confirm with me tomorrow.

I was able to ask a few vendors to sponsor this event and donate some small prizes for a free raffle to liven things up a bit. Here they are:

Hmmm, yeah might have to leave the bike at home. I am faced with this deliema quite often lately as to which one I want to drive/ride more; however, the decision is much more difficult if that means I have to hand over the keys to the orher one.
