I have a question about the painting process, first did you guys paint each caliper one by one leaving the wheels off, or did you paint all the calipers and leave the car on stands for about how long? and aren't you supposed to not drive the car without a 24 hour curing of the paint. If so how long did you guys let it air dry before driving, as I can see you did a photoshoot soon after painting the calipers?. Thanks for the help, I'm about to do this in my garage and don't want to mess it up.
(1) Takes off the wheel.
(2) Clean the calipers by using the spray cleaner provided in the G2 caliper paint kit, use the metal brush if needed to clean the rusted area.
(3) Apply the reactor to the paint, shake well.
(4) Use the brush provided in the G2 kit to paint the caliper, small brush(from art store) might needed for some tight spots.
(5) For the first 2 calipers, we applied two layers of paint(wait between 15 minutes).
(6) But the paint started getting thicker and thicker and the last 2 calipers I actually applied only one layer of paint and it turned out pretty nice.
(7) We put the wheel back right after the paint finished for each caliper. Thanks Roy by washing the wheels while I painting the calipers.
Because of the weather was nice and temperature was hot in the morning, the paint actually dried out pretty quick. We finished painting by noon and had delicious lunch that prepared by Roy's wife. We washed the cars and took them out for the right along the Long Branch Beach for pictures by 3:00pm.
I just checked my calipers and the paint actually turned out very nice and shine. Since my wheel is the 172s with busy spokes, the calipers cannot be seen clearly. I guess even I missed few spots, no one can really tell. Even though the red paint might stands out more, but the black paint makes it more duable. Overall, I am very happy with the result. Thanks to Rich and Roy again.

I arrived at Roy's place by 8:00am and we started the job close to 9:00am after Rich arrived. We took the wheel off and painted the calipers one by one. Roy did purchased the jack stands but since the bottom of the car is all covered up, we cannot find a place to put the jack stands like we originally planned to paint 2 calipers at a time.
