Last years meet we met up at IKEA by Mall of America. We introduced ourselves, BS'd, and admired one another's E60's for about 20-30min. We handed out 2 way radios so we could all stay in contact and BS as we went for a drive. The spirited drive took us through Wabasha, had Lunch at a small Irish Pub, BS'd about E60's and ogled the waitress. MEOW!! Then the drive took us into Wisconsin, Maiden Rock specifically and then back in to Mn via Red Wing/Lake City, Prescott. When we got back into MN, we all went on our separate ways. In total, the whole meet was around 5-6 hours. I think all involved will tell you they had a great time in spite of the heavy rain. It was also nice to finally put names with faces.
This years meet, I think the drive may be a bit shorter. We'll meet up introduce ourselves, go for a drive, have lunch, drive for a bit more. Perhaps meet up for dinner a drive to a members house for cards, cigars and a cocktail. The meet is still in the planning stages, but the date, SATURDAY JUNE 6th, is set in stone.

For those members considering coming in from out of town, I will be available Friday as well if you should choose to come in to town early.
