Extra raffle tickets will be on sale at the registration, track and at the show and shine...
For the club event it will be a separate deal that will be done at the registration table $40 for the guys and $30 for the ladies this will include entrance fee, VIP pass line and we'll serve a FEW
drinks for people with the VIP pass, you will each be given a VIP pass bracelet...
We did our best to keep the registration as affordable as possible (as you can see this year ladies don't pay as much as the guys) for everybody to have a good time for three days and as for people who have been to Mfest 2 will attest that the registration fee will be worth it...I know people will ask "what if i don't want to go to the pool party or the track", "My buddies are just tagging along will they have to pay" the answer will be YES as this is a PACKAGE DEAL "BUFFET STYLE" and CANNOT BE BROKEN DOWN ( a real deal for this trip imho), The Registration will be a breeze this time as we rented a conference hall for everyone to go and pickup their stuff ...the one other key to this event aside from "our Camaraderie" will be everyone's Cooperation...all we are asking is to help us make this kind of event a reality every year and hope you can continue to support Mfestforum and it's events...
We will post a link on were to register and pay online...by next week...we will only accept PAYPAL and definitely NO REFUNDS pls!!!

3. If you are thinking of testing the limits of your car/s on public roads, this is NOT the right event for you.
4. On the caravan and group drives pls. be respectful with others and do not follow too close. No stupid or unnecessary moves that put YOU and OTHERS in harm?s way.
5. If you are going to "complain/whine or be cocky " during and especially after MFEST, please we highly advise you not to go.
6. Any misconduct from ANY of the participants of MFEST will not be tolerated during MFEST.
7. Kindly take the time to listen to the announcements that we will be making.
And most importantly have FUN as that's what MFEST is all about and don't forget to SMILE!!!

Unofficial Itinerary...(Necessary adjustments will be made to compensate the number of people going)
Thursday
5 pm meet and greet in SoCal for participants from different states who drove up for the SoCal Caravan friday morning...(We will be providing a couple of rooms on the West L.A side for people who don't have a place to stay for the night.)
7 pm Mfest dinner in SoCal (TBA) This will be BIG!
Friday
5:30 a.m...Arrival at all meeting spots for the caravan going to Vegas
6 a.m ...Depart our respective caravan
8:30 a.m- 9 a.m ...Regroup at Barstow and gas up
9:30 a.m... Depart Barstow
10:30 a.m Re group from all different states for the grp drive (location and meeting spots TBA) and yes we will have a helicopter again to take pics and video if possible:3:
12:30 pm Palazzo Hotel (Venetian) (we will have a designated covered parking) ...Everyone Check's in at the Palazzo and the registration for all participants and the sponsors will be done at a conference hall (info will be given)
12:30- Lunch (there are plenty of places to eat out there or the Buffet is good)
12:30- 4pm... Registration at the conference room (snack and drinks will be provided)

6:45 a.m- Departure for Track participants for Spring Mountain Motorsports (Race track)
7:30 a.m - Re group (For All Participants who wants to go to Cars and Coffee in Las Vegas)
8 a.m - Rollout to Cars N Coffee in Las Vegas to show off our cars to our friends from Cars N Coffee (Location will be posted)
9:30 a.m - Depart from Cars and Coffee of Las Vegas and head towards Spring Mountain Motorsports ( Race track) and meet with the other participants who didn't go to Cars N Coffee...
Were negotiating on getting Blue bird to film the drive to the Track and to Film the track guys aswell
11:30 a.m - arrive at the Track
12 noon - Lunch will be served
From 12 noon till 4 pm we will have a tour of the facility, ride with the pro's, watch our fellow Mfesters race at the track and much more...
4 pm depart for a group drive and back to the Hotel around 6/7 pm
7:30 p.m. dinner
9:30 pm Re group at the lobby for the club event at Tao Night club
Sunday
10 a.m Rollin time for the Car Show and Shine at the Open parking lot of the Venetian
12 noon Prejudging of all the show cars and raffle starts
2 pm awarding
3 pm closing
4 pm group drive to Valley of fire (for people who wants to stay) tentative

5 pm meet and greet in SoCal for participants from different states who drove up for the SoCal Caravan friday morning...(We will be providing a couple of rooms on the West L.A side for people who don't have a place to stay for the night.)
7 pm Mfest dinner in SoCal (TBA) This will be BIG!
Friday
5:30 a.m...Arrival at all meeting spots for the caravan going to Vegas
6 a.m ...Depart our respective caravan
8:30 a.m- 9 a.m ...Regroup at Barstow and gas up
9:30 a.m... Depart Barstow
10:30 a.m Re group from all different states for the grp drive (location and meeting spots TBA) and yes we will have a helicopter again to take pics and video if possible:3:
12:30 pm Palazzo Hotel (Venetian) (we will have a designated covered parking) ...Everyone Check's in at the Palazzo and the registration for all participants and the sponsors will be done at a conference hall (info will be given)
12:30- Lunch (there are plenty of places to eat out there or the Buffet is good)
12:30- 4pm... Registration at the conference room (snack and drinks will be provided)
2 pm -6 pm... Pool Party (at the Palazzo)
8 pm Dinner
9 pm Boys night out TBA
