We will be there. Wife and daughter as well. Would also be pretty cool to maybe rent a spot out there. Not sure if you can.

Nearly forgot. There is a hotel on the same road, overlooking the beach. I might go there friday night and stay there. i'll post details later.

(the details are in my car and I'm sick, don't want to go out in the rain.. )

FF - how long do you reckon to drive via channel tunnel

or, is it best to get the ferry??

Milton Keynes to Eurotunnel terminal is about 2 hrs, one hour for the crossing, then about 45 mins in France.
I do it every week, piece of cake.

(I don't get a discount on the ferry)
