This is the place of the meet. right by the beach.
Maybe we can find a way to get our cars on it as well. the hotel even has a garage.

The parking in the top left corner is the one I had in mind for the meet. On that street corner is some sort of grill restaurant.

Awesome. Have you had a chance to contact the Hotel and see if they can accomodate us?

Ok, that hotel is closed after the weekend of the 20th... Thay only had parking for two cars aswell.

I found another one in Oostende, two miles up the boulevard. They charge for that weekend EUR 75 per room per night, breakfast included. They do a superiour room at 90 and a junior suite at 115. If you bring a dog you have to take at least the superiour room and you pay 8 Euro per night extra.
Parking is limited, only 12 spaces available, but at this time can still be reserved. Costs are EUR 13 per night.

telephone number of the hotel 0032 59 702335

I will try to drive by there, see if we can meet closer to the hotel, will keep you posted. There are plenty of hotels available in Oostende, but it would be nice if we'd all stay in the same one.
I'm making reservations today. Anybody else?
