No can do on 7/31. Mike and I have a friend's wedding to go to that day.

 

I've got a dilema here....most of the votes are for friday august 7th but many cannot attend on that day. Also friday july 31st seems to be a tough day for our other members. How about Thursday July 30th of next week?

 

That's because we will never find a date where ALL of us can attend, probably better to set a date (say Aug 14th) and everyone that can show up does. Otherwise you'll be banging your head against a wall pretty soon.

Let's try for thursday july 30th if that doesn't work we'll shoot for Aug 14th. the only thing about august 14th is that it's so far away. Usually when we set local mini meets that far away, members tend to forget.

 

Just threw that out there, any Friday works for me. During the week I have a lot of things to do
