i?m definitely down for this one,
i went to a free JW tasting a few years back and it was tight!
Dont expect to get drunk, cuz they only give like a really small shot of each.
i would definitely roll out to one of these again

For those Scotch drinkers, besides the event that I am planning, there are tastings done throughout the country put on by The Scotch Malt Whiskey Society of America. There is a tasting that will be conducted at the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica on 11/20/2009. Here is the link: TSMWSOA

I know that this is way far out, but it looks like the tasting will be held on 9/26 at around 8 or 9 pm.
Possible locations (all depends on what can be arranged with the venues):
- Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood (trying to get the pool and/or Skybar)
- The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood or D/T LA (Roof top pools)
- The W Hotel in Westwood (Roof top pool)
- Wilshire Country Club
Will keep you all posted.
