There's a couple of car wash places down the street from Santana Row on Stevens Creek Blvd but I'd like to recommend AJ Auto Detailing (http://www.ajautodetailing.com/) which is about 10 mins from SR. They're probably one of the best in the Bay Area and their hand wash is $30. If you go there, you can leave your car and walk across the street to the shopping center and get a drink at Chili's or Chevy's.
Other than that, SR's got a bunch of nice shops, restaurants and bars to relax before dinner.

This will give you time to get your car washed.
There's a couple of car wash places down the street from Santana Row on Stevens Creek Blvd but I'd like to recommend AJ Auto Detailing (http://www.ajautodetailing.com/) which is about 10 mins from SR. They're probably one of the best in the Bay Area and their hand wash is $30. If you go there, you can leave your car and walk across the street to the shopping center and get a drink at Chili's or Chevy's.
