///ECFEst, aka Euro Car Fan, aka ///ECFist, aka Tony will be visiting SoCal next week so we've decided to hold the Park's BBQ meet in his honor. I was thining about having the meet on Wednesday, April 5th @ 7:30PM. IMO, Parks BBQ is the best authentic Corean restaurant in SoCal. It's a little pricer than Oh Damn Son but it's worth the few extra bucks. Please try to make it out if you can! We look forward to seeing you there

It's all about the Pork Belly. Samgyeopsal for those that are rookies. I make this for dinner often in my Korean BBQ table in my house. Now I just need that sushi bar to complete my kitchen!
Oh, and I'm in.

I have one of the portable ones, not one that actually sits within the table. How funny would that be if I had one like that and I brought hot coals to the table when I had guests?!?!? Hahahaha!
I will tell you something funny though... I always wanted to have a sushi bar as my headboard for my bed. This way, when I'm sleeping, I could lean over, slide one of the glass doors open, grab some sea urchin or abalone and go to town. Instead, I roll over, try to smooth over my wife and she tells me to get the hell off of her. Hahahahahha!

Humm. I have family visiting for a few weeks starting Friday. Be okay if I bring them (assuming I can make it)?
I will probably have to bring my little cousin along as well.

Your wife sounds a lot like mine.
Simon of course they're welcome. Your family is our family
